Holotype: GMN-03-11-02 — An incomplete skeleton with a lower jaw. (Lü & Ji, 2005)

Diagnosis: A small azhdarchid pterosaur with a wingspan of approximately 1.6 m; the ratio of the length to the width of the middle series cervical vertebrae is approximately 3.5; the ratio of the humeral length to the femoral length is approximately 0.96. It differs from other toothless forms in Liaoning in that the coracoid and sacpula are fused into a U-shaped bone; the ratiuo of ulna laenth to wing metacarpal IV is 0.90 and the ratio of the deltopectoral crest length to shaft length is approximately 0.33.
