Holotype: Musée Géologique Cantonal de Lausanne, number 59'583 Associated upper and lower jaw on a block of clay.

Diagnosis: A pterodactyloid pterosaur with five teeth in the premaxilla and at least nine in the maxilla and at least 14 teeth in the dentary. The teeth are not markedly enlongate and extend to the tip of the jaws. A tall dorsally situated sagittal crest with a concave anterior edge formed by the premaxillae and being anterior to the nasopreorbital fenestra, is present.
